Summer fun club -- I'm on a zine tour with friend poets Collin Brennan & Matt Whispers.
They are on facebook and have stuff at Quimbys.
We ride in a 90s biege SUV who is a thirsty boy for gas. Today I slept inside of it while Collin and Matt drank some coffee. It sure was hot in there. When I awoke, I realized I wanted a rootbeer, but I did not realize I lost my backup zine copies. Alas, alas!
This is the zine tour lineup (late), and a few pictures. Will retro post notes on the readings themselves each day, with minimal text.

LOWDOWN! --> A zine reading tour kick off for local Chicago zinesters Collin Brennan (Continental Interludes), Jim Joyce (Let it Sink), and Matt Whispers
(Effigy).
Joining them will be all star cast of Jami Sailor (Your Secretary), Vicky Lim (Dear Jaguar + Abstract Doors) and Dave Roche (If Nothing Else the Sky).
FRIENDS! --> Bring your zines, band demos, and strange artifacts for our tour box -- we will leave your art in desired spaces across the EASTish half of this country!
